Stephen Akash, Alex Kuhn, and I founded the first Rutgers Mycology Club. Our mission statement is to connect Rutgers students to our fungal friends, one hyphal tip at a time. 

Every "Fungi Friday" we post an interview with a featured fungus, submitted by students through our instagram. 

Our first meeting of the fall 2025 semester is pictured below. We painted mushrooms sculptures made from dried orange peels and pumpkin stems!
